Here, there's no C for discharge rate, but rather "burst power" which is obtained by measuring cell voltage for 3 seconds under a constant resistance load of 0.018 Ohm. This measurement demonstrates the cells' ability to maintain voltage under high loads.
This 6S 1400mAh LiPo battery has a burst power of 343A. This means that at 3 seconds, the cell voltage under a constant resistance discharge of 0.018 Ohm was 3.43V.

Li-Po (Lithium Polymer) batteries and more generally all batteries, must be used with care, particularly when charging and discharging and when they are generally used on a scale model. Battery chargers must imperatively remain under the supervision of the user during their use in order to be able to react quickly in the event of an incident. They must be placed in an open area, without risk of fire. Use of a safety bag for battery charging and storage is imperative.
