Game Rules “Trick or Treat DFR – 2025” - V2
Article 1 – Organization
The company Drone FPV Racer, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of €664,340.00, whose registered office is located at 401 Chemin des Montants – 54690 EULMONT, registered with the Nancy Trade and Companies Register under number 904 296 043 00014 (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”), is organizing a free promotional game entitled “Trick or Treat DFR”, accessible on the website www.drone-fpv-racer.com.
Article 2 – Duration
The game will run from Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 00:01 a.m. to Friday, October 31, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. (Paris time).
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the game in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, without compensation.
Any order validated before or after this period will not be taken into account as part of this game.
Article 3 – Conditions of Participation
Participation is open to any individual of legal age residing in a country served by the Site, namely:
● Metropolitan France (including Corsica and overseas territories – DROM-COM),
● as well as European Union countries served through the Site.
Excluded from participation are:
● employees of Drone FPV Racer,
● service providers or partners involved in the operation,
● as well as their close family members (spouses, ascendants, descendants).
Participation is automatic and linked to placing an order on the Site during the game period.
Article 4 – Terms of Participation
No registration is required.
Each order validated between 10/29/2025 at 00:01 a.m. and 10/31/2025 at 3:30 p.m. automatically enters the game.
Winning orders are automatically determined according to the following rule:
One (1) winning order is designated for every ten (10) orders validated during the game period.
The selection process is fully automated and cannot be altered, ensuring complete fairness among all participants.
Therefore, the total number of winning orders will depend on the actual number of orders recorded during the period.
Article 5 – Prizes
Each winning order receives a 3D DFR pumpkin containing a voucher with a random value of €10, €20, or €30 (tax included).
The vouchers are:
● valid exclusively on the website www.drone-fpv-racer.com,
● valid for 6 months from the date of activation,
● non-cumulative, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not convertible to cash.
The total amount of prizes will vary depending on the total number of orders recorded during the game period.
Article 6 – Prize Allocation and Delivery
Winning orders are randomly prepared with a colored DFR pumpkin:

€10 voucher (incl. tax),

€30 voucher (incl. tax).
Each pumpkin contains a printed gift code corresponding to its value, which the customer can use directly on www.drone-fpv-racer.com.
The same promo code will also be activated in the customer account linked to the winning order, within a maximum of 10 business days following shipment.
The randomness of prize values is guaranteed through automated and non-manual distribution during order preparation.
The Organizer cannot be held liable for:
● address or delivery errors attributable to the customer,
● loss, delay, or damage beyond its control,
● or any technical issue preventing automatic prize allocation.
Article 7 – Personal Data
Data collected from orders are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
They are used solely for managing the game and awarding prizes.
Each participant has the right to access, correct, oppose, and delete their personal data.

Article 8 – Liability
The Organizer cannot be held responsible for:
● any technical or logistical malfunction,
● any interruption or cancellation of the game due to force majeure,
● any fraud, error, or false declaration by a participant.
Its liability is strictly limited to the total value of the prizes actually awarded.
Article 9 – Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

Compliance Clause
This game complies with Articles L121-36 to L121-41 of the French Consumer Code.
The selection process is automatic and non-discriminatory: no human intervention can alter the result or favor any participant.
Participation is free for any customer placing an order during the game period, with no additional fees or conditions.
