  • Do you have a point of sale?

You can withdraw your order placed on the website in our premises. Unfortunately, you will not be able to place an order or pay your order on site. The order must be validated, paid on the website with, as a delivery method, the option "Pick up in-store". You must first contact us so we can unlock this delivery method for your account ("Other requests" option on our phone menu).

  • Can I delete my account on the website?

Just send us an email on our website with the following information: last Name, first name & email address. Then, we will delete your account from our website and our customer base.

 

  • Can I pay with Paypal?

  • Can I pay by check?

Payment by check is not accepted. You can nevertheless pay by bank transfer, via a credit card or by Paypal.

  • Where can I get my order?

Our transport providers can deliver to your home, pick-up point or your usual post office. You can also pick up your package directly from our agency located in the outskirts of Nancy.

All orders placed before 3:30PM, from Monday to Friday and excluding public holidays, are dispatched the same day! The delivery time will depend on the delivery method chosen (for orders delivered in France)

  • When will my order be shipped?

  • Where is my order ?

You can find the tracking of your order on your personal account.
In general, any order placed before 15:30 is shipped the same day and will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days depending on the chosen delivery method.

 

 

  • Can I change my order?

We can make changes to your order if the status is: "Payment accepted"

If your order is being prepared or being delivered, no further changes are possible.

  • Do you have this item in stock?

At Drone FPV Racer, if you can put the item in your cart is that we have it in stock (except article reported) and that it is available the same day if you make your order before 3:30PM, from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

  • This product is out of stock, when will you receive it?

You can click on the message "Click here to receive an email when we have stock" or "You can not find your * declination *, ask for it" to be immediately informed by email when there will be new quantity on the Article.

 

 

  • I did not buy the right product, how can I do?

If once received, the product did not meet your expectations, you have 14 days, from receipt, to return your product and make you refund or ask for credit-note if the product is still in its original packaging and was not used.

We do not do standard exchange. For another product or another color, simply reorder on the shop.
